Nine LONG_DESCRIPTION values had drifted well past the 90-140 char range the rest of the catalog uses (stoat was 407). Cut them back while keeping the caveats that matter — Rocket.Chat's user cap, Stoat's resource weight, Matrix federation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
