fix(webui/storage): drop redundant 'Reclaiming space…' toast
Clicking Reclaim space fired two notifications: routeAction → executeTask already shows the rich 'Reclaim Space task started!' toast (icon + bold LibrePortal + task link), then _reclaim added a second, plain, iconless 'Reclaiming space…' info toast on top of it. The image-removal path doesn't double-notify like this. Drop the redundant one — the start toast plus the completion toast give clean feedback on their own.
