ux(ssh): drop the redundant paste-key hint, equalise the two cards

Browse Source 
Remove the "Paste a public key…" line (the section description already
explains it) and stretch the Login / Add-a-key cards to equal height
(.ssh-cols align-items: start -> stretch).
