docs: rename "LibrePortal Cloud" to "LibrePortal Connect"

"Cloud" clashed with the project's anti-surveillance ethos and misdescribed
the service (it deliberately holds no plaintext). "Connect" reflects what it
actually does — reach and protect your self-hosted apps without us holding
your data.
